Returns:

Changed your mind about an item? No problem! We offer hassle-free returns for most items within 14 days of purchase. Here's how it works:

How to Return:

  1. Visit the "My Orders" section of your Thakasa account.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your preferred return method (see below).

  3. Complete the online return form, specifying the reason for your return and desired refund method.

  4. You'll receive a return confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label (for mail returns) or store return instructions (for in-store returns).

Return Methods:

  • Mail returns: Print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Drop off the package at any UPS or FedEx location.
  • In-store returns: Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your original receipt and packing slip, to our location HERE

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be in their original, undamaged condition .Thakasa reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be disassembled if they were originally delivered disassembled.

      Items Not Returnable:

      • Open box items
      • Clearance items
      • Gift cards
      • Personalized items
      • Items marked "non-returnable" or “Final Sale” on the product page

        Return Shipping Fee:

        Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

        • $4.99 delivery charge for orders under $35
        • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

          Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.

          Refund Timing:

          • We will initiate your refund once your returned item(s) are received and inspected.
          • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method.
